Karen Nicolaou is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in turnaround and crisis management, currently serving as Managing Director at Harney Partners since September 2018 and as President of The 1940 Air Terminal Museum since 2014. Previous roles include Director at Bridgepoint Consulting, where Karen managed interim and crisis engagements for clients in diverse industries, and Principal at Atropos, Inc., overseeing long-term financial performance and restructuring. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions such as Chief Financial Officer at Complete MD Solutions, Vice President at Total Safety US, and Strategic Financial Manager at Johnson Broadcasting, among others. Karen holds a BA in Accounting, Management, and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
