Emma Spagnola

Emma Spagnola is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Harnham, a position held since September 2021, following a role as a Recruitment Consultant. Previously, Emma served as an Operations Support Specialist at ATI Physical Therapy from September 2020 to September 2021, collaborating with physical therapists on patient care, managing patient eligibility, and addressing patient concerns. Emma also gained experience as a Graduate Assistant Track and Field Coach at Augustana University (SD) from August 2018 to May 2020, where responsibilities included communication with prospective student-athletes and workout planning. Earlier experience includes working with the Minnesota Twins as part of the Tarp Crew and participating in the X Games X-Fest with ESPN. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Sports Administration and Leadership from Augustana University (SD).
