The Engineering and Technical team at Harnois Industries Inc. is responsible for the design, development, estimation, and technical implementation of steel structures for both the Harnois Greenhouses and MegaDome divisions. This team ensures that all greenhouse structures and multipurpose fabric buildings meet stringent quality and efficiency standards. Key roles include the manager overseeing engineering, estimating, and drawing, structure estimators, the director of engineering for design and fabrication, and an R&D technician who innovates and enhances products for a diverse, global customer base.
