Meara Razon Ashtivker

Meara Razon Ashtivker currently serves as the Director of PJ Library New York at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation since March 2023. Prior to this role, Meara held the position of North American COO and Executive Director at Masa Israel Journey from February 2016 to March 2023, overseeing operations and strategic partnerships. Experience also includes serving as COO at Boomset, where Meara achieved significant sales growth within 11 months, and as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at JSpace, LLC, contributing to a substantial increase in user engagement. Meara's earlier roles include Programming Director at Dor Chadash and Volunteer and Education Coordinator at the Jewish Agency, alongside a position as Israel Programs Recruiter at Hadassah/Young Judaea. Meara holds an M.A. in Community Leadership and Philanthropy Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.A. in Communications - Public Relations from the University of Hartford.
