Mike Jorritsma

Mike Jorritsma has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at HS Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of CFO / Vice President Finance at Cascade Engineering from 2016 to 2022.

Before joining Cascade Engineering, they worked at Johnson Controls, where they held various roles including Vice President Finance, Vice President Finance of Electronics, Finance Director of Global Customer Business Units-Electronics, Finance Director of North America Electronics Business Unit, Controller of Interiors Business Unit, and Finance Director.

During their time at Johnson Controls, Jorritsma was involved in several significant accomplishments, such as successfully divesting the Automotive Electronics business, leading financial due diligence, managing finance separation activities, and implementing restructuring actions that resulted in significant cost savings. Mike also received recognition for their contributions.

Mike Jorritsma pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1984 to 1988, they attended Calvin University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they enrolled at Michigan State University, where they earned an MBA with a focus on Finance.
