Previously, Walter held roles at Philadelphia Gear Corporation from April 1992 to February 2000, where responsibilities included designing gear boxes for the turbomachinery industry and managing custom project schedules. Walter's military service includes leadership positions in the U.S. Army Reserve and the United States Army, where management of construction operations and quality assurance in engineer-related projects was essential. Walter holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Science from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
