Dominique Ritz

Dominique Ritz holds the position of Directeur général délégué at HAROPA PORT, overseeing the Rouen territorial directorate and energy transition since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Directeur territorial du bassin de la Seine at Voies navigables de France from March 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed management of 1500 km of waterways and development of fluvial transport. In a decade-long tenure at the Ministère de la Transition écologique et solidaire, roles included rapporteur for the Conseil d'Orientation des Infrastructures and various leadership positions related to transportation policy. Additional experience includes technical advisory roles in transport logistics in Germany and engineering positions within Voies navigables de France. Dominique Ritz earned a doctoral degree in physico-chemistry of the atmosphere from Université Paris Cité and holds engineering diplomas from Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat.
