HARP Southend's Homeless Charity
HARP is the local charity aiming to end rough sleeping in Southend-on-Sea in Essex. We help local people overcome homelessness for good. On average, we help over 1,000 people each year who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness. HARP aims to enable homeless people to rebuild their lives and live independently in the community.
