Jennifer Smith

Jennifer E. Smith possesses extensive experience in nursing and healthcare education, currently serving as the Director of Nursing and a Professor at Harper College since January 2007. In addition, Jennifer works as a Registered Nurse at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, a position held since December 2018, after previously serving in the same role from 2004 to April 2016. Jennifer's leadership background includes serving as Vice President at Edelman from 2000 to 2004 and as Nurse Manager at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from 1994 to 2000. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education (EdD, ABD) in Adult and Higher Education from Northern Illinois University and a Master's degree in Nursing and Health Care Administration from Loyola University Chicago, among other degrees in nursing and psychology from prestigious institutions.
