Nikol Gerdzunas

Nikol Gerdzunas has extensive experience in technical management and support, currently serving as the Technical Manager for Acquisitions & Licensing at Harper College since August 2008. Prior roles at Harper College include Technical Support Specialist and Data Integration Analyst, where responsibilities involved designing training programs, establishing departmental procedures, and providing technical support for the Information Technology Service Desk. Prior to Harper College, Nikol worked as a Help Center Coordinator at Walgreens. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Network and System Administration from DeVry University.
