Julie Smith is a seasoned professional in tax preparation and education management, currently serving as the Co-Founder and Head Barista at PureTax, LLC, where the mission is to provide high-quality tax services with a focus on expertise and transparency. Julie founded EmpowerCPA in June 2022 and has been the Practice Manager at Harper & Company CPAs Plus since November 2014. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Graduate Medical Education at Nationwide Children's Hospital from May 2008 to November 2014. Julie holds a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Economics from Ashland University.
