Briana Tom is a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering and sales, currently serving as a Sales Engineer and Inside Sales Engineer at Harper International Corporation since October 2018. At Harper, responsibilities include managing leads, qualifying opportunities, prospecting for new customers, and developing monthly metrics for bookings forecasts. Prior experience includes roles as a Uniformity Engineer and Quality Control Engineer at Sumitomo Rubber USA, where significant improvements in product uniformity were achieved. An Engineering Internship at GP Strategies Ltd involved supporting technical projects and customer training. Briana holds an M.B.A. in Supply Chain and Operations Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
