Janelle Camesano Mba, Phr

Janelle Camesano has over 10 years of experience in various roles in human resources and administration. Janelle'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Administration and Technology at Harper International Corporation, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Specialist at the same company. Janelle'sresponsibilities in these roles included recruiting for engineering positions, benefits administration, onboarding, engagement, and program design and implementation.

In addition to their work at Harper International Corporation, Janelle also held the position of Governmental Affairs Director at Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association from July 2012 to January 2015. Janelle also gained experience as an HR Intern at the Town of Clarence in 2011.

Before transitioning to the field of human resources, Janelle worked as a First Assistant Manager at McDonald's USA for almost 10 years.

Janelle Camesano, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK, from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University at Buffalo.
