Kevin Conroy has a solid work experience in the engineering field. Kevin started their career as a Design Engineer at Cooper Industries in 1983 and worked there until 1993. Kevin then moved to Cameron, a Schlumberger company, where they served as an Engineering Supervisor from 1993 to 2006. Following that, they joined Ingersoll Rand as an Engineering Manager, overseeing a staff of 75 employees and managing a budget of $4.5 million. Kevin worked at Ingersoll Rand for ten years before joining Harper International Corporation in 2016 as the Director of Engineering, leading a team of 28 engineers and designers. Under their guidance, the company's revenue grew from $30 million to $70 million.
