Simon Gilmour

Simon Gilmour is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as a Partner at Harper James Solicitors since April 2018, Simon previously held the same title at Harrison Clark Rickerbys, SGH Martineau LLP, and Shakespeares, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing practical and commercially-focused solutions for employers across various sectors, including leisure, technology, sales, and manufacturing. Simon began a legal career as a Trainee and Solicitor at Pinsent Masons, and later advanced to Senior Associate at Eversheds. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Birmingham and completion of the Law Society Finals at the College of Law in York.
