Rachel Giese

Rachel Giese is an experienced editor and author with a significant background in journalism and editorial leadership. Currently serving as Culture & Life Editor and Deputy National Editor at The Globe and Mail since January 2022, Rachel also holds the position of Editorial Director at Xtra and Pink Triangle Press. With a tenure at HarperCollins Canada as an author since May 2018, Rachel has contributed to various publications, including Chatelaine as Editor At Large and senior editorial roles at The Walrus and Chatelaine - Rogers Publishing. Rachel's academic foundation includes a BA in History from the University of Toronto.
