Madhur Gupta

Madhur Gupta currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Operations Head at HarperCollins Publishers India since November 2023. Prior to this role, Madhur spent over 14 years at Penguin Random House India, where positions included VP Finance, Financial Controller, and AVP Finance, with expertise in Internal Financial Controls, Risk Assessment, Business Development, Analytics, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Taxation. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Silicon Graphics Systems India as Finance Manager and a position as Manager Finance and Taxation at Surya Herbal Limited. Madhur Gupta holds an Executive Programme in Leadership and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
