Coco Morante is an accomplished cookbook author and recipe developer with over 12 years of experience in online and print food media. Currently serving as a cookbook author for HarperCollins Publishers and Ten Speed Press, Coco also contributes to Simply Recipes and Edible Silicon Valley, where notable work includes profiling local food artisans and creating original recipes. As the founder and moderator of the Instant Pot Recipes Facebook Page, Coco has built a significant community around cooking. Additionally, experience spans roles such as a recipe developer for Apartment Therapy Media and a blogger for Lefty Spoon. Alongside a vibrant culinary career, Coco is a cantorial soloist and B'nai Mitzvah tutor at Congregation Beth Am and a soprano with San Francisco Renaissance Voices.
