Deanna Segrave-Daly, RDN is the owner of Teaspoon Communications, LLC, specializing in traditional and social media communications consultation for food, nutrition, and culinary projects. Deanna is also a co-blogger for Teaspoon of Spice blog, where Deanna shares healthy and delicious recipes with their readers. Deanna is a cookbook author for BenBella Books and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, with a focus on Mediterranean diet recipes. Deanna has co-led food-focused trips with Bliss Travels and held roles in organizations such as Les Dames d'Escoffier International - Philadelphia Chapter and Blog Brûlée.
