Jerome Bermont

Jerome Bermont is an accomplished finance executive with extensive international experience in the publishing, consulting, broadcasting, and aviation sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance for the International division at HarperCollins Publishers since 2023, Jerome manages financial operations and supports strategic decisions across various global markets. Prior to this role, Jerome founded 3774 Consulting, offering business consulting services for education, media, sport, and technology companies, and held the position of Head of Finance & Administration at the European Broadcasting Union, where responsibilities included financial governance and resource coordination. Additional experience includes FP&A Senior Manager at Louis Hachette Group, Audit Manager at Air France, and Audit Senior at EY, where Jerome developed expertise in financial analysis, internal controls, and operational efficiency. Jerome holds a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School, a general management degree from INSEAD, and completed a leadership program at IMD.
