Rachael Lissauer

Rachael Lissauer currently serves as the Director of Talent for North America at HarperCollins Publishers, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Rachael was a Director at Prospect Rock Partners for a brief period in 2024. Rachael's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Recruiter at Haven Technologies from October 2022 to September 2023 and working at Amazon in Student Programs & Recruitment from September 2021 to October 2022. Rachael also spent significant time at Credit Suisse from January 2013 to September 2021, holding various roles including Global Campus Recruitment Lead, MBA Campus Recruitment Lead, and Program Manager for Early Career Talent. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland.
