Trey Garrison is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in communications, writing, and publishing. As the Founder of Far Ranger Consulting since November 2015, Garrison provides strategic communications and media relations strategies for corporate and trade association clients. In addition to consulting, Garrison is a novelist, known for the three-part novel "THE SPEAR OF DESTINY," published by HarperCollins since May 2012. Garrison co-authored "Opioids for the Masses: Big Pharma's War on Middle America and the White Working Class," published by Antelope Hill Publishing in November 2021, which explores the personal stories behind the opioid epidemic. Previously, Garrison served as a Senior Financial Reporter at HousingWire and held the position of Director of Communications at Job Creators Alliance. Additionally, Garrison worked as a Writer and Senior Contributing Editor at D Magazine from 2004 to 2011. Garrison holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, History, and English from The University of Alabama.
