Tarah Bateman

Tarah Bateman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tarah started their career as a Wellness Peer Health Intern at UCSB Health and Wellness Program in 2010. After that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at World of Children from 2012 to 2014, supporting initiatives focused on improving the lives of vulnerable children.

In 2014, Tarah joined Rainier Therapeutics as a Clinical Research Associate, where they contributed to the development of biologics for medical conditions without approved therapies. Tarah'srole involved working specifically on B-701, a human antibody targeting FGFR3 for the treatment of metastatic bladder cancer. Tarah remained with Rainier Therapeutics until 2017.

Since 2017, Tarah has been working at Harpoon Therapeutics. Tarah initially served as a Clinical Trial Manager, overseeing the execution of clinical trials.
