David Mogilensky

David Mogilensky currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Harraden Circle Investments, LLC since October 2024. Prior to this role, David held the position of Senior Vice President of Fund Finance at iCapital from August 2022 to October 2024. From March 2011 to August 2022, David was with Forester Capital, L.L.C., where responsibilities included Managing Director of Finance, Vice President and Director of Finance, Vice President and Senior Controller, and Senior Controller. David's earlier experience includes a tenure at Ernst & Young LLP from September 2002 to March 2011, where roles progressed from Staff Accountant to Manager. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Yeshiva University, graduating in 2002.
