Heather Jurgensen

Heather Jurgensen has a diverse work experience in the casino and medical industries. Heather began their career in 2003 at Pechanga Resort & Casino, where they served as a Marketing Operations Supervisor until 2011. Following this, Heather worked at Loma Linda University Medical Center as a Unit Secretary from 2011 to 2012. Their most recent employment was at Harrah's Resort Southern California, where they held several roles including Events and Promotions Supervisor from 2012 to 2015, Events and Promotions Manager from 2015 to present, and currently, the Director of Casino Marketing since October 2016.

Heather Jurgensen completed their education starting from 1997 to 2001 at Poway High School, where they achieved their GE degree. Following that, they attended Palomar College from 2001 to 2004 and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a focus on multicultural studies. Later on, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University San Marcos.
