Katherine Bretherton

Katherine Bretherton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Communicate Recruitment Solutions until 2018. The following year, they served as Bar Staff at Ski Olympic from December 2018 to May 2019. Starting in November 2019, they temporarily worked as a Project Assistant for Office Angels before transitioning to a role at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in October 2020. At DWP, they held various positions, including Employer Adviser and Kickstart District Account Manager, where they managed a team of 5 Employer Advisers and worked closely with employers on the Kickstart scheme. In 2022, Katherine joined Harri as a Customer Success Manager, advising enterprise clients on utilizing the Harri Employee Experience Platform to support their Talent Acquisition strategies using data insights.

Katherine Bretherton completed their Bachelor's degree in Geography (Hons) from the University of Birmingham from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Chelmsford County High School from 2010 to 2012. From 2005 to 2010, they studied at Brentwood Ursuline Convent High School. In terms of additional certifications, Katherine obtained the Customer Success Manager Certified Professional certification from Gainsight in January 2023.
