Candace Vannasdale

Candace Vannasdale, P.E. has a diverse background in civil and environmental engineering, with experience in utility infrastructure projects. Candace currently serves as the General Manager of Harriman Utility Board, overseeing electric, natural gas, water, and wastewater services for thousands of customers in Tennessee. Prior to their current role, Candace held positions as a Project Manager at Cannon & Cannon, Inc., an Engineer Intern at CTI Engineers, Inc., a Staff Engineer at White House Utility District, and a Water & Wastewater Co-op at Jackson Energy Authority. Candace holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
