Jessie Whittington

Jessie Whittington has extensive experience in dispatching, currently serving as a Dispatcher at Harriman Utility Board since July 2014, where responsibilities include managing crews for power, gas, water, and sewer outages. Prior to this role, Jessie worked as an E911 Dispatcher at Roane County E911 Center from November 2009 to July 2014, coordinating responses for law enforcement, emergency medical services, fire, and rescue operations. Education includes attendance at Roane State Community College from 1996 to 1997 and graduation from Roane County High School in 1996.
