My brother and I seek out and acquire "trophy" beachfront sites in the Southern Bahamas islands of Great Exuma, the Exuma Cays, and Long Island for future development and resale. Our overiding philosophy, which is summed up in our tagline "Privacy, Proximity, Paradise", is that these particular islands are poised for considerable growth because of their close proximity to the U.S., small, economically stable populations fostering safe, low crime, private environments, and remarkably clear turqoise water and white sand beaches which are arguably the best in the hemisphere and among the best in the world.
