Frank Powers

Dr. Frank Powers is responsible for medical quality and clinical program planning, medical staff functions and credentialing. Powers also manages HPS physician leadership and oversees the Medical Library and Harrington’s CME program.

Dr. Powers has over 25 years clinical experience in primary care and hospital medicine and is a board-certified internist.

Dr. Powers has been at UMass Memorial Health – Harrington for over 12 during which time he served as Chief of the Hospitalist Program, President of the Medical Staff, and Vice President of Medical Affairs prior to joining the Senior Leadership Team as Chief Medical Officer.
