Michael Brown

Michael Brown is an experienced finance and engineering professional currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development M&A at Harrington Industrial Plastics, focusing on transforming operations through M&A strategies backed by Bain Capital. Previously, Michael held the position of Interim CFO at ImproVision Consulting, LLC, where revenue growth was achieved through significant restructuring. Michael also worked as a Vice President in Investment Banking at Citi, advising on over $50 billion of M&A transactions across various sectors. Early career roles included positions at Breitburn Energy and Greylock Energy, where Michael managed asset operations and engineering projects. Michael holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and has pursued a Masters Curriculum in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Southern California.
