Carla Aldridge

Carla Aldridge has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service roles, currently serving as Primary Trainer for Epic Grand Central at Bayhealth since July 2012, specializing in Grand Central/Prelude and Cadence applications, along with certification as a Dragon dictation Trainer. Additionally, Carla holds the position of Sports Betting and Simulcast Teller at Harrington Raceway and Casino since October 2019, and previously worked as a Sports Betting Clerk at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino from July 2018 to May 2019. Carla's earlier career includes 20 years in the United States Air Force, where logistics management and medical administration were key roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Trident University International and a diploma in Medical Coding and Insurance Billing from the Harris School of Business-Dover Campus.
