Con Lam

Con Lam is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Associate Vice President at Harrington Starr since June 2021, specializing in the UK C# / .NET market within the Development & DevOps recruitment team. Con was previously a Principal Consultant focusing on the UK Java market and co-founded Search 5.0, a new brand under Harrington Starr Group in November 2022. Prior to joining Harrington Starr, Con held various roles at MCS Group, including Business Development Manager and Manager of the Software Engineering and Delivery recruitment team, and specialized as a Senior Specialist Recruitment Consultant in Software Engineering.
