Ian Bailey

Ian joined Harrington Starr in 2015 as a junior consultant with no previous experience in recruitment. With a background in mechanical engineering, he says that combining his previous experience in business networking and technology sales has given him the perfect career path into technology recruitment. He’s now AVP of the permanent software development division at Harrington Starr.
