Through a focused approach, Harrington emphasizes the importance of defining and dominating niche markets to help clients thrive in competitive environments. Prior to founding Harrington, Jay held the position of Associate at Skadden, Arps from 2000 to 2005 and is also an accomplished author with titles including "The Productivity Pivot," "The Essential Associate," and "One of a Kind." Jay Harrington earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Bowling Green State University.
