Lance Witmer

Lance Witmer is currently a Project Engineer at Harris Associates since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lance worked at Wynn Las Vegas from May 2016 to October 2023 as an Operational Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting the Pool Operational team in generating substantial weekly revenue and training new employees in customer service and sales techniques. Lance also served as an Account Executive at DocuSign from August 2021 to June 2022, managing a significant book of business and achieving high success rates in revenue generation. Experience as an Advanced Emergency Technician at Community Ambulance from January 2020 to September 2021 showcased Lance’s ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations while providing critical care. Earlier roles included a brief stint on the Motor Yacht Intuition II, where Lance ensured guest safety and coordinated events, and management duties at Universal Restaurant Group, focusing on customer service and team collaboration.
