Herbert Beadle

Herbert Beadle has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Herbert began their career at Xerox Corporation in 1988, where they worked as a Programmer and Engineering/Human Factors Liaison. After that, they joined Merkel Donohue as a Data Processing Manager. In 1994, they moved to Nixon Peabody, where they worked as a Database Analyst, specializing in reporting, process improvement, and billing. In 2000, they joined Harris Beach PLLC as the Director of IT Architecture, providing leadership for information technology applications and managing the firm's application analysts and developers. Additionally, they worked for HB Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Harris Beach PLLC, as an Information Technology Consultant, contributing to the establishment of the new Affordable Care Act (ACA) consulting business and playing a crucial role in developing ACA software. In this capacity, they helped grow the team from four consultants to over 25 employees.

Herbert Beadle obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems/Computer Science from Concord University between 1986 and 1988. Prior to that, they attended the University at Buffalo from 1984 to 1986, where they studied Computer Science. Before their time at the University at Buffalo, Herbert attended Marion Military Institute from 1983 to 1984, although the specific field of study is unknown. In addition to their formal education, Herbert Beadle also obtained certification in Adult Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in June 2022.
