HELOUET Sophie possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Coach/Consultant at KER CONSEIL since September 2019, providing support to companies in HR management and organizational evolution. Simultaneously, HELOUET holds the position of RRH at Harris Briochin. Prior to these roles, HELOUET served as DRH at CORDON ELECTRONICS from August 2004 to August 2019, overseeing HR strategy and operations for 800 employees and managing social relations across eight establishments.
