William Dickey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mental health and operational management. Currently serving as an Emergency Room Crisis Clinician at Kaiser Permanente since February 2022, William also holds a long-standing position in Production Control at Harris and Bruno since November 2013. Previous roles include Assessment & Referral at BHC Heritage Oaks Hospital, Inc. from February 2018 to November 2019, and Case Manager at Sierra Vista Hospital from August 2015 to November 2019. Earlier experience includes a position as Shipping/Receiving Manager at LB Construction, Inc., from December 2011 to November 2013. William earned a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco between 2013 and 2016 and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from California State University-Sacramento from 2003 to 2005.
