Anila Brown

Anila Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and learning. Currently serving as the Head of Organizational Development and Learning at Harris Computer Systems since January 2012, Anila previously held the position of Training and Development Consultant at Midland National Life from June 2009 to January 2012. Earlier roles include Human Resource Manager at Interstates Companies (2006-2008), Senior Account Manager at Staff Management (2000-2006), and Staffing Coordinator at Availability Employment (2000-2002). Anila holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communications from Dordt University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
