Kerry Armstrong

Kerry Armstrong, CISA, CISM, CHP, PMP, serves as the Vice President of Compliance at Harris Computer since May 2010, overseeing compliance for Harris Healthcare business units while contributing to merger and acquisition activities and participating in the Governance Risk & Compliance Committee. Previous roles include Director of Compliance for both Harris Healthcare and Picis/iMDsoft, with responsibilities in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and audit programs. Kerry also held the position of Vice President at Caturano and Company, where an IT Risk and Compliance practice was developed, and earlier experience includes managerial roles in IS Audit at BJ's Wholesale Club and Technology Risk Consulting at Arthur Andersen. Educational credentials include an MBA from Bentley University and a BS in Accounting from Boston College.
