Natasha Jadavji

Natasha Jadavji, CPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Altera Digital Health, a subsidiary of Constellation Software, since January 2023. Natasha has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Harris Computer since December 2015 in various leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager and Lead for the Utilities group across Canada and the United States. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Statflo and Vice President of People at Suretech Completions, where advisory roles covered performance management, employee relations, and employment law. Additionally, Natasha has a foundation in HR from the Donald Bishop Professional Corporation and started as an Executive Assistant and Optometric Assistant. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Management degree focusing on Human Resources and Labour Relations from The University of Lethbridge.
