Holly Schwartz possesses a diverse background in customer service, education, and the performing arts. Currently serving in sales at Harris Connect since June 2015, Holly specializes in verifying and updating alumni information and managing publication requests. Concurrently, since August 2013, Holly has been a Patient Resource Specialist at the American Cancer Society, providing crucial support to patients and assisting various stakeholders with resource inquiries. Earlier experience includes roles at Compass BPO Pvt Ltd as a customer service representative for General Motors, and academic positions as a Lecturer in Applied Music at The University of Texas - Pan American and as a front desk worker for the Dean of Fine Arts at The University of Texas at Austin. Holly holds a Master's degree and a Doctorate in Musical Arts with an emphasis on Vocal Performance from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance from Abilene Christian University.
