Carl Shaw currently serves as Assistant Chief at the Harris County Constable Precinct One, overseeing legal counsel and operations for the Downtown Courthouse Complex and managing the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. In addition to this role, Carl is the Managing Attorney at Shaw Law since 2010 and previously worked as a lead attorney at The O'Quinn Law Firm, achieving significant recoveries in civil litigation and personal injury cases. Carl's legal experience also includes serving as an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law and holding various positions within the Harris County Sheriff's Office and the 151st District Court. Carl holds a JD from South Texas College of Law and a BS in Business Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
