Erica Davis has extensive work experience in the public sector. Erica is currently an elected Board Trustee at the Harris County Department of Education since 2020. Prior to this, they served as Chief of Staff at the Harris County Constable Precinct One, Office of Alan Rosen starting in 2013. Overall, Erica has a strong background in leadership and management roles within government organizations.

Erica Davis has a diverse education history. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Spanish Language from the University of Houston. Erica later pursued a Master's degree in Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, Erica obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Communications from Columbia University in 2020. Afterwards, they enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania, where they are currently completing their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Education and Organizational Leadership. Erica also has a certification as a Mediator from The University of Texas at Austin.
