Kelsey Parry has had a diverse range of work experience. Kelsey most recently served as the Director of Operations and Communications at the Harris County Precinct One Commissioner Rodney Ellis. Prior to that, they were the Deputy Director of Administration at Harris County. Kelsey also worked as a Senior Scheduling Manager at NYC Health + Hospitals and as an Event Manager at NYC Office of the Mayor. Kelsey has experience in the culinary industry as well, having worked as a buyer at Eastside Cellars, a pastry chef at Cosme, Pastry Chef De Partie at Restaurant Daniel, and Pastry Chef de Poste at Maison Kayser USA. Kelsey also gained experience as a Pastry Extern at Coi Restaurant. Earlier in their career, Kelsey served as an Assistant Office Manager for U.S. Senator Tim Johnson.
Kelsey Parry earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from William & Mary between 2004 and 2008. Later, between 2012 and 2013, Kelsey attended The Culinary Institute of America, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef.
