Phil Miller

Phil Miller has extensive experience in health, safety, environmental, and quality management, primarily in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Deputy at the Harris County Sheriff's Office since September 2020, Phil has previously held significant roles at Subsea 7, including HSE Lead for the Subsea Alliance Integration Team and HSEQ Director for the Gulf of Mexico, where responsibilities encompassed the effective management of health, safety, and environmental standards in accordance with group policies and ISO standards. Phil's prior experience at Acergy includes serving as an HSEQ Director, focusing on health and safety initiatives in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as acting as HR Manager, overseeing the onboarding process for offshore personnel.
