Sarah McDaniel Garza is an experienced professional with a robust background in data analysis and crime analytics within law enforcement. Since July 2012, Sarah has held multiple positions at the Harris County Sheriff's Office, including Business Analyst for Jail Population, Crime Analyst in the Crime Analysis & Intelligence Division, and Law Enforcement Analyst within the Strategic Research & Analysis Unit. Sarah played a key role in developing crime analysis protocols and situational awareness strategies for the agency. Prior experiences include serving as a Graduate Assistant at Sam Houston State University, conducting research and data entry, and interning in various capacities at the Texas Department of Public Safety. Sarah holds a Graduate Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from St. Edward's University.
