Carlos Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Carlos started their career at TETRA Technologies, Inc. as a Service Desk Lead, where they provided technical support to end-users and conducted repairs and upgrades. Carlos then moved on to Enerflex USA, where they served as a Service Desk Analyst Lead and SCCM Administrator, providing desktop support and investigating security alerts. After that, they joined Repsol as a Desktop Support Analyst and SCCM Administrator, where they supported global users and assisted with deployments. Currently, they work at the Harris County Toll Road Authority as an SCCM Administrator and IT Systems Support Specialist IV.

Carlos Gonzalez has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from Nuevo Leon University in Monterrey, Mexico. Carlos also holds an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Tech Institute. Additionally, Carlos has an Associate Degree in Visual Basic Programming from ICS Institute in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
