Dylan Herman, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Dylan started their career at Bank of America in 2014 as a Relationship Banker, where they worked until mid-2015. Later, they transitioned to Harris County Toll Road Authority, where they held various positions. Dylan initially worked as a Financial Analyst from 2015 to 2020, responsible for liaising with government agencies, monitoring capital projects, and analyzing financial and operational information. After that, they served as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from 2020 to 2022, collaborating with department leaders to create budgets and forecasts and achieving significant budget improvements. Currently, Dylan works as a Senior IT Portfolio Project Manager at the Harris County Toll Road Authority. In this role, they oversee a portfolio of projects, develops budgets and work plans, analyzes trends, and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Dylan Herman, MBA, pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services from Sam Houston State University. Dylan attended the university from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Dylan earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. During their time at Texas A&M, they also completed a minor in Business Administration in 2014.
